Professional and Knowledgeable Cindy was an agent and a friend who made you comfortable during the entire selling and purchasing process. Once we met and talked, I knew from all the agents (Ramsey Lewis) that reached out to me Cindy was the one. For example, I was reluctant to sell my home even if it would sell as is. I believed I should spend money on renovations and moving everything to storage before selling. Cindy remained encouraging throughout the process and stuck by me. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and kind. Her knowledge of the market was outstanding, I could not have asked for a better agent and already recommended her to my church member. 10 months ago Great͏ Realtor My wife and I recently bought a home with the help of Cindy. From the very beginning, Cindy was dedicated to assisting us. We saw various houses and eventually found the one that seemed like home. Everything was new to us, but having Cindy there every step of the way was helpful. Whether we needed guidance during a house walkthrough or assistance with any documents, Cindy did not hesitate to help my wife and I. I had just relocated to the Houston area and no knowledge of the local communities and no idea of where to start looking for a home. Cindy and I discussed where I work at and where my wife possibly would be working at and we narrowed down the home search area to a few local areas and that made the home search process much easier. My availability to look at homes was very limited with working 6 days a week and Cindy always made time to meet with me in the evening’s to show me homes and that was a tremendous help. Cindy gave great advice when it came time to submit an offer and gave me a timeline for all the paperwork to be completed in order for my home purchase to close on time. When a slight problem arose during closing she stepped up immediately to work with the Mortgage Company, Title Company and sellers realtor to get a resolution that worked for all parties. Beside’s a great realtor, I found Cindy to be a truly honest and great person to be around. I felt like we had been friends for years which made the communication between us very easy. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a great realtor who will work for you through the home buying purchase.
